.  ILLUSTRATION FOR MACHINE UNIT

1Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand (hydraulic pressure, with Expanding Chuck)

(1)      The whole Mill Roll Stand realize clamping, ascending or descending, moving left or right, by 6 sets of hydraulic pressure cylinders.

(2)      The clamped scroll: Φ1500mm ×8001600mm. Brake with pressure air motion.

(3)      Two work positions, may clamp two scroll at the same time, may load or unload scroll without stop the production.

(4)      Weight of Scroll3000kg (at one work position).

(5)      Each Stand with two tracks, two trolleys, one Scroll Direction Changers.

(6)      Expanding type Clamp chuck, the size is changed by the diameter of the hole of the scroll core: 3″or 4″, do help to put an end to
          distortion of the core hole of the paper scroll, utilize to save the scroll paper as soon as possible, and overcome lopsided influence of
          tension of both non-concentric sides.

 

(7)      ABS Brake with pressure air motion, with DUAL PLATES structure and air exhausted holes, the air inside can circulated with outside,
          better heat radiating, decrease the abrasion of brake plate.

 

(8)      Each Stand with American style two rails structure, prevent shaking and weight bias in the course of clamping scroll and conveying:
          two tracks, two trolleys, one Scroll Direction Changers.

 

(9)      Each Stand with a whole set of hydraulic station, oil pipes, cylinders. The hydraulic control valves. All in one, easy for install!

(10)    Might receive the message from the Single facer or the Double Facer (the Glue machine) to move across to left or right.

 

2. Auto Splicer

New type, high speed, high efficiency fully automatic.

1.      Max. splicing speed : 150m/min.

2.      With tension force control system.

3.      The range of splicing: Zero-tail( end of original paper, begin of new paper).

4.      The width of splicing: 40/50mm.

5.      High precision, tensile force wheel is controlled by electron control to obtain stable splicing.

6.      The minimum interval time of splicing: 1 minute.

7.      Little order form which is 100 m, can be spliced continuously to 100m/min speed.

8.      Reliable sawtooth knife, cut the paper once. (No need to change.)



3. Fast- change Vacuum Single Facer

Equipped by vacuum structure. Pair of corrugated rollers make one paper sheet into one corrugated paper,
agglutinated with another paper sheet into  2ply single Face cardboard.  Different flutes needs different pairs
of corrugating rollers to make.

Diameter of the corrugated Roller is Φ320mmmade of material 48CrMo alloy metalheat treatment
with high frequencyprecise grinding, surface rigidity is over HRC55-60.

       High temperature grease for Lubricating.

       The surface of Glue roller is plated with chrome, scored 24 fine thread(mesh)/inch, make glue feeding well-proportioned.

       The thickness of glue is digital displayed, is adjusted automatically according speed or by electro-motion, the thickness
           #118alue might be set by operator at any time and remembered    in the EMS Memory of PLC.

       Gluing width is adjusted by Electro-motion.

       Pressure of steam: 1.1-1.2Mpa.

       The high pressure Fan is equipped with Silencer.

       The glue feeding device can be pulled out by hydraulic cylinders by Electro-motion, easy for clean and maintain.

       Quick change flute, ~50 minutes.

       With infrared transfer for detecting paper break, protect automatically when paper is broken, the press roller and
           the glue trough will be pushed back.

       Main Drive is controlled by frequency transducer(inverter), save electric power, gentle start machine(less stroke)

4. Pre-heater, Pre-conditioner

(1) Diameter of barrel for pre-conditioner, pre-heater is Æ900 mm;

(2)Large heating wrap angle on the barrel could be adjusted in range of 00-3200,
   is controlled by electro-motion, Germany Design.

(3)Polished work surface of heating barrel, Guide Rollers, then plated with hard chrome.

(4)New scientific international advanced compression resistance structure, which with bowl-like sides,
   higher efficiency of heat energy utilizing, much more safe and good-looking. 

(5)Steam work pressure : 1.1-1.2 MPa.

(6)Condensate water is drained by flexible metal hose instead of siphon pipe, the drainage is more  thoroughly.

(7)Pre-conditioner is equipped with Steam Shower.

 

 

 

5. Single Layer Span Bridge

Convey the corrugated single face cardboard by Guide device,

   Germany structure of conveyor.

   With 2ply paper guide up device(overhead crane).

   With strong fences and ladders.

   At the bottom of the bridge, equipped with relevant illumination, be convenient to operate.

   The surface of all paper guide rollers is plated with hard chromium.





 



6. PLC Rotary Shear Cut-Off and Convey Stacker

1. Description:

  

SC series single face corrugated cardboard Shearer Cut-off is a new advanced equipment
for producing B,E, F…FLUTE single face corrugated cardboard equipped in production line,
also can cut base paper(such as white cardboard, kraft paper) into sheets(pieces), 

Computer might deposit many order forms specification, and realize change order forms
without stop machine. Machine is controlled by PLC automatically. Main Drive is controlled
AC Frequency Transducer(inverter), save electric power.

Drive mechanism is equipped with arc shape teeth synchronization belt, long using life, less noise.
Cutting Precision of this machine is nice, stable system, low maintenance cost.

It’s co, nsisted of slitting section, transvers, e cutting se, ction, convey , , , and stacking section.

3. Main Characters:

3-1. Slitting section: equipped 4 sets of round blades slitting, 1-3 sheets out, economical and well using, easy to change blades.

Paper in-feed shafts are combined by mesh steel roller and sulfur rubber roller, special heat treatment, hard and abrasion endurance.

 

3-2. Transverse cutting section: Single knife rotary cutting, cutting edge is tidy, knife material is quality alloy, endurance and might be
re-grinded many times. knife shaft is special heat treated, installed by good quality imported bearings, cutting stable.

 

3-3. Convey section: there are 3 sections of belt convey, 1st section running fast and equipped vacuum suction device to separate single
face paper cardboard away; 2nd  section and  3rd  section running slow, and automatic drag away paper cardboards by PLC automatically.

 

3-4. Stacking section: Through PLC, stacking might be controlled by manual, or by photoswitch check, convey stack out after counting
automatically, no matter how many slitting out, might be transverse convey out tidily, save labor, develop automatic degree.

7Glue Making & Recycle System

There are two barrels formed with Single facer to a recycled loop:

     Glue making vertical Barrel(higher): Glue making material is carried up through ladder by manual,
         equipped with a stirring motor, might make glue and temporary store,

     After glue stirring and making well, flowing to the glue trough of Single Facer(for feeding glue).

     Another little barrel(lower) is put beside single facer, might received glue flew out from Single Facer,
         realize a cycled loop automatically.

     Glue making material (reference): Starch(tapioca, or corn), Caustic Soda, mixture, Water.
